Trish Nash is the Broker/Owner of Desert Elegance Real Estate & Property Management.
Beyond Trish’s success in real estate, she is deeply committed to her community. She currently serves on several boards, including Touro University Medical School, the Emeritus Board of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, the Finance Council at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, and Living Grace Homes. She also chairs the Golf Committee for St. Jude’s Research Hospital’s Viva St. Jude event.
Trish’s contributions have been honored with the Silver State Humanitarian Award, and in 2024, she was inducted into the Las Vegas REALTOR® Hall of Fame in recognition of her outstanding service to the real estate industry.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Spanish from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois, and studied abroad at the University of Madrid, living in Spain for nearly two years. Trish has also been named one of the Top 25 Women in Real Estate by the Women’s Council of REALTORS® for three consecutive years and was awarded the Best Woman REALTOR® Silver State Award.
Passionate about being a positive role model, Trish is driven to inspire others to dream big and achieve their goals. She starts each day with her personal mantra: “Never Give Up,” and strives to make a meaningful difference through her leadership and service.

Jim Battista is recognized as a leader in the payments industry. He founded MAPP Advisors, a fintech advisory firm, headquartered in Nevada. Jim founded and successfully exited several companies prior to starting MAPP Advisors; and has been recognized multiple times on the Inc. 500 list.
Jim has been a resident of Henderson since 2013. He along with his wife, Aimee, have hosted numerous fundraising events for political candidates who prioritize police and community safety. They have also sponsored events for local organizations including Make-A-Wish of Nevada. Jim looks forward to contributing to the successful launch of the HPD Foundation in efforts to eliminate the need for police officers to pay for their own equipment, increase officer recruitment, and make Henderson one of the safest cities in America.

Vicky is a highly experienced and licensed real estate broker in both Illinois and Nevada, United States. Throughout her career, she has successfully leveraged her expertise to buy and sell a diverse range of properties, including commercial, energy, industrial, and multifamily housing projects. With an impressive portfolio, Vicky and her family currently own 272 apartments in Las Vegas, Nevada, along with numerous other properties spread across the United States and Europe.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Vicky is deeply committed to her family. She is married and is the proud mother of three children and five grandchildren, with a strong emphasis on family values and community involvement.
Vicky’s philanthropic efforts are equally extensive. She is a dedicated supporter of numerous charitable organizations, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to giving back to the community. Some of the prominent philanthropic organizations that Vicky is involved with include:

Andy Abboud (“ah-b-oo-d”) is a founding Team Member serving the company since 1998. Possessing some of the most diverse wide ranging political experience in the hospitality industry, Andy's duties include managing the political and governmental affairs for Las Vegas Sands and the Adelson Family along with aiding and assisting in the company's expansion efforts and development projects.
Andy is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. He began his career working on local, state, and federal campaigns in the late 1980's. Shortly thereafter, he was appointed to serve as Executive Director of the Republican Party of Harris County, Texas. While in Texas Andy served on the City of Houston’s Site Selection Committee in their successful bid to land the 1992 Republican National Convention. Following that, Andy returned to his home state of Nebraska where he worked on the Republican National Committee's Victory campaign, several state, local and federal campaigns, as well as serving as the Executive Director of the Douglas County and Nebraska Republican Party organizations.
Andy has been instrumental in instituting Las Vegas Sands Corp.'s political and community development activities, along with helping to ensure LVSC properties continue to set the industry's standards. Abboud oversees the company’s political and government relations efforts in Washington, D.C., Carson City, Beijing and other Capitals around the globe. He led the company's campaign to obtain a gaming license in Pennsylvania, spearheading a proposal to redevelop the former Bethlehem Steel property into a mixed-use resort development. He continues to provide leadership for the company’s expansion opportunities in other jurisdictions within the United States and abroad.
Andy has been at the forefront of several of the company’s political and community initiatives including the creation and development of LVSC's Responsible Gaming Program. In the development of this program, he facilitated a partnership with the Harvard University Medical School and Cambridge Health Alliance Division on Addictions to develop a cutting-edge training curriculum for all team members, establishing LVSC as the foremost leader in responsible gaming in the world.
Andy also organized the charitable arm of the Las Vegas Sands Corp. 501c(3) charitable foundation, the Sands Foundation. The Sands Foundation distributed millions of dollars in charitable contributions to thousands of organizations and individuals in need throughout Southern Nevada and the world focusing on youth, health, and education. In recent years, Andy has helped facilitate Dr. Miriam and Sheldon Adelson’s program to bring wounded warriors and their families to Las Vegas for VIP treatment as a show of gratitude for their service to our country.
Andy is also active in several civil and charitable organizations, previously sitting on the Board of Directors for the Problem Gambling Center and The United States Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Sands Corp. Political Action Committee (Sands PAC), The Keystone Corporation, The Nevada Resort Association, and serves on the Board of Trustees of the UNLV Foundation as well as on the Board of Trustees of the University of Nebraska Foundation. In addition to board seats Andy serves on the Public Affairs Council for the United States Chamber of Commerce, the US Brazil Council at the United States Chamber of Commerce and the Government Affairs Committee of the American Gaming Association. In 2006, Andy was the special honoree at the annual Spread the Word Nevada Storybook Gala, and, in 2010 he was Keystone Corporation’s honoree receiving their Keystone Corp.’s Economic Freedom Award.

Maria Bailey is the CEO of Success City Online, a distinguished digital marketing agency based in Henderson, Nevada. Under her leadership, the agency has garnered acclaim for its expertise in website design, social media management, blogging, email marketing, digital advertising, and video marketing. Since 2012, Success City Online has grown to employ 14 full-time marketing experts and has helped over 230 clients get their businesses found online.
Upon moving to Las Vegas in 1991, Maria served as Vice President of Stores/Store Manager (Broadway Southwest and then Macy’s Department Store). With over thirty years of residency in Nevada, Maria has cultivated a multifaceted career that encompasses roles as a newspaper columnist, small business entrepreneur, and radio talk show host. Her entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding Express Oh! Gourmet Coffee Company and the professional development firm Image Dynamics.
Maria's commitment to the Henderson community is evident through her extensive service on various boards, committees, and commissions. She served as a Henderson Chamber of Commerce Ambassador from 2006 to 2020, during which time she was honored as Ambassador of the Year in 2018.
She has been an active member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2020 and serves on its Executive Board beginning in 2022. She was recognized as Board Member of the Year both in 2022 and 2023. Her dedication extended to the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board from 2021 to 2024.
Maria was appointed by Mayor Debra March to the City of Henderson Redevelopment Advisory Commission (RAC) in 2021 and again by Mayor Michelle Romero in 2023.
Maria's past leadership roles include serving as President and Chair of the Water Street District Business Association from 2018 to 2021 during which time she contributed to public safety initiatives as a member of the Henderson Police Citizens Advisory Board.
As the incoming 2025 Chair of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, Maria Bailey brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted passion for supporting small business owners, aiming to foster growth and innovation within the community.

Andrew Turcaz is a born and raised Las Vegas native who grew up with a career police officer as a father. Through the peaks and valleys of being family of law enforcement, Andrew's father was able to instill a passion for protecting the meek and standing for justice in his son.
Today, Andrew serves his community as a board member of the Henderson Police Foundation and a Mortgage Advisor with Fairway Independent Mortgage.

Founder & CEO, is celebrating 12 years leading JB Public Relations and brings 28 years of media and community relations experience to her work. Known for her guiding motto, "Tell your story before someone tells it for you," Jennifer represents a wide range of clients in healthcare, hospitality, commercial real estate, sports, entertainment, aviation, and nonprofit sectors. Each year, she selects at least one charity to support pro bono and has assisted organizations such as Horses 4 Heroes, Volunteers in Medicine, Project Marilyn, Veterans Village, Folded Flag Foundation, Professional Firefighters of S. Nevada and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital – Nevada. Additional non-profit clients include: Boys Town Nevada, The Public Education Foundation, Lion Habitat Ranch, and Vegas PBS. She is also a member of the Vegas Chamber Women's Executive Council, the International Women's Forum Nevada, and serves as PR Chair for Women in Sports & Events (WISE) Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Bowl Huddle.
